This release 

- doesn't report and ignore LotW "station locations" with trailing blanks (tnx to Jerry K3BZ and Ken K4XL)

- enables the recently enhanced "QSL Stats" function to properly ignore bands above 2m (tnx to Franco 3A2MW)

- includes an <eoh> in the ADIF file generated for submission to Online DXCC (tnx to Bob AB8MA, Joe W4TV, and Mike K1MK)

- provides a DXCC QRP option (tnx to Stefano, IK5GQM)

- updates the Configuration.htm and Progress.htm documentation files


Note: The new QRP option in the "DXCC Bands & Modes" panel on the Configuration window's Awards tab lets you choose between tracking DXCC Award Progress considering all logged QSOs, and DXCC Award Progress considering only logged QSOs that specify a transmit power of more than 0 and less than or equal to 5 watts. If you change the QRP setting, DXKeeper will prompt you to recompute your award progress.
