This release 

- doesn't print address labels or address envelopes for a QSO whose SentVia item is set to 'E' (tnx to Charles N2S0)

- triggers WAZ and Marathon zone progress recomputation when a QSO's WAZ_VFY item is changed to 'I'

- enables the LoadLayout script command to work correctly (tnx to K0EFD)

- prevents QSO items from being incorrectly flagged as invalid after syncing with LotW (tnx to Alec W2JU)

- provides a new FIX_EU script that corrects several errors in the previous version as described in the notes below (tnx to Franco 3A2MW and Joe W4TV)

- changes the interpretation of WAZ_VFY = 'I' and QSL_RCVD = 'I' for CQ WAZ and CQ DX Marathon award credit: (tnx to John K9EL)

*** a QSO's WAZ_VFY item set to "I' invalidates it for CQ WAZ and CQ DX Marathon credit

*** a QSO's QSL_RCVD item set to 'I' no longer invalidates it for CQ WAZ credit

*** a QSO that doesn't specify a Region item and whose QSL_RCVD item is set to 'I' is invalid for CQ DX Marathon country credit, but a QSO that does specify a Region item and whose QSL_RCVD item is set to 'I' is valid for CQ DX Marathon country credit

- accepts <PHONEMODES>, <DXCCDIGIMODES>, <PSKMODES>, <WAZDIGIMODES>, and <WPXDIGIMODES> abbreviations in SQL expressions (tnx to Rich W3ZJ)

- updates the Configuration.htm, Items.htm, Progress.htm, QSL.htm, and SQL.htm documentation files


Notes

1. if you have run the FIX-EU script on your log, I suggest that you correct any errors it may have introduced by executing the following steps:

1a. backup your log (Configuration window, Log tab, Backup button)

1b. run the updated FIX-EU script

1c. inspect the log file produced by running the FIX-EU script to ensure that you are comfortable with the results


2. CQ has made theor WAZ and DX Marathon awards consistent:

2a. any land-based QSO is valid for WAZ and DX Marathon zone credit

2b. a land-based QSO is valid for DX Marathon country credit if it is valid for DXCC credit, or if it is valid for WAE (Worked All Europe) credit


Note that this makes it possible for a QSO to generate a DX Marathon zone credit but not generate a DX Marathon country credit. Some examples:

GU0SUP: valid for DXCC, WAE, WAZ, DX Marathon country credit, and DX Marathon zone credit

1B1DX (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) : invalid for DXCC, invalid for WAE, valid for WAZ, invalid for DX Marathon country credit, valid for DX Marathon zone credit (log by setting "QSL Rcvd" to 'I')

Z6DX (Kosovo): invalid for DXCC, valid for WAE, valid for WAZ, valid for DX Marathon country credit, valid for DX Marathon zone credit (log by setting Region to YU8 and  "QSL Rcvd" to 'I')

VK2DX (on yacht cruising the Coral Sea): invalid for DXCC, invalid for WAE, invalid for WAZ, invalid for DX Marathon country credit, invalid for DX Marathon zone credit ("QSL Rcvd" to 'I' and "WAZ Verified" to 'I')


3. If you are pursuing DX Marathon or WAZ, initiate a Recompute operation after upgrading DXKeeper; this will update your Marathon and WAZ award progress to reflect the fact that a QSO whose "QSL Rcvd" item is set to 'I' is likely valid for WAZ and Marathon zone credit.
