This release

- correctly imports PJ7 QSOs from ADIF files exported by WriteLog (tnx to Phil GU0SUP and Joe W4TV)

- correctly positions Kosovo in the generated CQ DX Marathon progress report and submission spreadsheet (tnx to John K8AJS)

- corrects the Italian province name Reggio Emilia and the Sardinian province name Medio Campidano (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)

- provides the option to pursue CQ DX Marathon Band and Mode awards without pursuing Mixed Marathon (tnx to Joe K2UF, Pete N4KW, and Norm W4QN)

- handles LotW mode mapping of JT9 QSOs (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- when TQSL version 1.14 RC5 or later is selected, prevents the uploading of any batch of QSOs containing one or more QSOs already uploaded to LotW unless the new "Permit uploading of QSOs already uploaded to LotW" option is enabled on the "QSL Configuration"
window's LotW tab

- provides an "Update from LotW" function that directs LotW to report the acceptance and confirmation status of each QSO in the Log Page Display and updates these QSOs accordingly

- updates the Configuration.htm, Doubleclick.htm, Items.htm, QSL.htm, and QSLConfiguration.htm documentation files


Notes:

1. To pursue CQ DX Marathon on a particular band or particular mode without also pursuing Mixed Marathon, 

1a. uncheck the Mixed box in the Marathon panel on the Configuration window's Awards tab

1b. click the Recompute button at the bottom of the Main window's "Check Progress" tab

1c. upgrade to SpotCollector 6.4 1 or later

1d. click the Recomp button on the "Spot Database" tab of SpotCollector's Configuration window


2. DXKeeper 11.0.0 works correctly with the current public version of TQSL (1.13). When the forthcoming TQSL 1.14 (or later) is installed on your PC, DXKeeper will exploit its ability to prevent the re-uploading of QSOs to LotW that need not be re-uploaded. A new "Permit uploading of QSOs already uploaded to LotW" option is provided on the "QSL Configuration" window's LotW tab for the rare occasion where re-uploading an unchanged QSO is appropriate, e.g. when it is suspected that uploaded QSOs have been lost in transit to LotW, or lost by LotW.
