This release 

- improves performance when a  recompute operation is invoked with the Realtime Award Tracking window's DXCC tab selected (tnx to Bill G4WJS)

- when computing realtime DXCC award progress, ignores QSOs that specify a DXCC entity but whose callsigns end with with /MM or /AM (tnx to Franco IZ4MJP)

- at the initiation of an import operation with "Query callbook and DXCC database for missing items" enabled and "QRZ.com via Pathfinder" selected to serve as the callbook, prompts the user to either abort the operation, or proceed at the rate of one QSO every 4 seconds (tnx to Jeff KE7ACE)

- doesn't require an exact LoTW mode match for LoTW WPX SSB confirmations (tnx to Mike K1MK)

- provides a keyboard shortcut (CTRL-ALT-E) for activating the Edit function (tnx to Howard K7JNX)

- updates the KeyboardShortcuts.htm and Progress.htm documentation files
