This release 

- corrects a regression introduced in DXKeeper 12.3.9 on 2014-09-11 that incorrectly interprets LoTW confirmations of QSOs to which DXCC Award Credit has been granted (thanks to Tom K1FR).

- when performing an "Update from LoTW" operation, retries any failed download operation up to 3 times before giving up


If you have received new DXCC Award Credit after 2014-09-10, then to correct any erroneous LoTW confirmation status in your logged QSOs,

1. on the Main window's "Log QSOs" tab, paste

QSO_BEGIN>#2014-09-10#

into the Filter panel textbox and then depress the CTRL key while striking the S key


2. On the Main window's QSL tab,

2a. set the "QSL Via" panel to LoTW

2b. click the "Update from LoTW" button

2c. if the "DXKeeper Update from LoTW" window appears, there are more than 100 QSOs to update, so you may wish to initiate this operation before heading for bed; click the Yes button to do this at another time; click the No button to proceed now

2d. when asked to confirm the update operation, click the Yes button
