This release 

- responds to CTRL-clicking a Main window's Config button by displaying the QSL Configuration window (tnx to Dave, W6DE)

- converts the US County "SD,Oglala Lakota" to "SD,Shannon" (tnx to Barry K2MF  and Rick K1MU)

- updates the DARC DOK award list (tnx to Phil W8NT, Manfred DB3KE, Philippe F4BKT, and Koen ON7RK)

- updates the Configuration.htm documentation file


Note: the conversion of US County "SD,Oglala Lakota" to "SD,Shannon" is temporary; when ADIF replaces "SD,Shannon" with "SD,Oglala Lakota", DXKeeper will automatically replace "SD,Shannon" with "SD,Oglala Lakota" in all logged QSOs.
