Today's LoTW outage revealed a defect in DXKeeper's handling of LoTW Sync operations when LoTW responds to download requests with a message, in today's case:

"LoTW is temporarily offline. We are working on getting it back into service!"

Note: there is no documentation that specifies how LoTW will respond when it's not in service.


This version 

 - properly handles LoTW Sync operations when LoTW is inaccessible

 - when closing the Comment Editor window, the comment is not cleared! (tnx to Art K4FWJ)

 - closing the Comment Editor or QSL Msg Editor window asks the user whether to update the destination item with any un-saved characters (tnx to Art K4FWJ)

 - updates the AwardInfo.htm, Items.htm, and Progress.htm documentation files


Notes:

1. Direct the Launcher to install or upgrade DXKeeper 


2. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of DXKeeper to be "safe" 

   a. JOTTI virus scan: 0 of 14 scanners detected malware in this version's executable

   b. VirusTotal: 0 of 73 scanners detected malware in this version's executable; one reported "suspicious because not enough samples have been seen"

4. After upgrading, to revert to the previous version of DXKeeper, see
