- prevents erroneous opening of the Auxiliary panel on the Main window's Log QSOs tab when selecting a QSO that specifies a Region or DOK (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)

- with the Filter panel's textbox empty, prevents an infinite loop when the Log Page Display is filtered with the SQL expression dxccid = '<filtertextboxdxccid>' (tnx to Joe WQ6Q))

- when the "Display LotW Queue" function is invoked, performs a quick check of its availability before attempting to download it (tnx to Dave KM3T)

- provides the WAS Submission and VUCC Submission windows with an independent Preference selector that determines to which submission a QSO confirmed via both QSL Card and LoTW is added; these new Preference selectors replace the "VUCC & WAS Submission panel" previously provided on the Configuration window's Awards tab (tnx to Dale AA1QD)
