- when logging a QSO on 60m with DXView running, sends DXView the QSO's DXCC entity's DXCC band-mode progress matrix (tnx to Robie AJ4F)

- when submitting QSOs to Club Log and QRZ, obeys the "Upload QSOs whose callsigns begin with !" setting in the "Options" panel on the "QSL Configuration" window's General tab. If this setting is disabled, then QSOs whose callsigns begin with ! are ignored by all Club Log and QRZ upload operations; if this setting is enabled, then QSOs whose callsigns begin with ! are submitted with the ! removed from the callsign (tnx to Ian VK6DW and Dave W6DE)

- removes minutes from the date shown beneath the "Sync QRZ QSLs" button on the Main window's QSL tab, since QRZ ignores them (tnx to Ian VK6DW and Dave W6DE)

- does not issue Pathfinder or DXView "lookup" directives while executing the SyncAll function, thereby increasing the speed of execution (tnx to Tom KQ5S)

- eliminate the duplicate "Sync All" button on the Main window's QSL tab (tnx to Joe WQ6Q and Joe W4TV)

- processes "log this QSO" requests from external applications in which the QSO's callsign begins with !

- if the "Upload QSOs whose callsigns begin with !" option is enabled on the "QSL Configuration" window's General tab, allows QSOs whose callsigns begins with ! to be added to the QSL for any selection in the "QSL Via'" panel on the Main window's QSL tab; such callsigns will appear without the leading ! on any QSL media printed or exported from the QSL Queue, as well as in any QSOs submitted to eQSL or LoTW

- updates the Progress.htm, QSL.htm, and QSLConfiguration.htm documentation files
