This version corrects the following defects:

 - prevent an overflow error when displaying comments from previous QSOs by limiting the Comment window to the most recent 64000 characters of comments (tnx to Chuck WS1L)

 - prevents program error 3020 in module DDEServerModule.ExecuteLog (tnx to Earl KD5XB and Joe W4TV)) 

 - corrects a regression caused by defect repair #1842 that prevented changing the "QSL Via" panel on the Main window's QSL tab and that caused failure to respond to "lookup" directives from other applications (tnx to Björn SM7IUN, Carlo IK2RPE, Phil GU0SUP, and Joe W4TV)

 - when uploading to the QRZ logbook, specifies the transmit power in the TX_PWR field (tnx to Chris W4YEM)

 - tolerates invalid registry data when recovering QTH window layout parameters at startup (tnx to Nuno CT2IRY)

 - when generating a WAE progress report, correctly select QSOs not confirmed via Club Log (tnx to Phil W8NT)


This version includes the following enhancements:

 - includes an updated DefaultModes.txt file (tnx to Joe W4TV)
 --- FST4W is not valid for awards
 --- WSPR is not valid for awards
 --- adds FT2

 - supports the FT2 mode when importing and exporting ADIF and tab-delimited files, and when receiving QSO records to-be-logged from other applications (tnx to the ADIF Developers Group) 

 - if Commander is not running, disables the "Include radio name in myQTH ID" setting in the Log Settings panel on the Configuration window's Log tab, hiding the "root myQTH ID" textbox and providing a "default myQTH ID" selector (tnx to Brian N8WRL)

 - if no myQTHs are defined on the Main window's myQTHs tab, displays a note to that effect beneath the "default myQTH ID" selector in the Log Settings panel on the Configuration window's Log tab (tnx to Larry NA0F)

 - if attempting to log a QSO via the Capture window identifies an item with invalid contents whose row is not visible, make the row visible so that the ref-flashing label is apparent (tnx to Eddy ON5JK)

   b. VirusTotal: 1 of 72 scanners detected malware in this version's executable: "Malicious.moderate.ml.score" is an heuristic detection by Trapmine indicating that a file is potentially malicious; it is often a false positive.
