This release

  - correctly computes WPX award progress

  - displays the WPX award progress report in Netscape browsers

  - provides a Spot function in the Capture window (requires SpotCollector 1.9.8 or later)

  - can optionally export files in Cabrillo format

  - updates the Export.htm online documentation file

If you were unable to display WPX progress reports in your browser with DXKeeper 2.3.8, please try again with this release and let me know how it goes.

To export a file in Cabrillo format, check the Cabrillo box in the Main window's Export tab before clicking the Start button. As described in http://www.kkn.net/~trey/cabrillo/, Cabrillo encompasses multiple formats. This release supports the format used in the following HF contests:

- AP SPRINT
- ARRL 10 Meter
- ARRL 160 Meter
- ARRL DX SSB & CW
- CQ Worldwide RTTY
- CQ WPX RTTY
- IARU
- JIDX CW
- Oceania DX
- State QSO Parties

After exporting a Cabrillo file, DXKeeper displays that file in Notepad so you can complete the necessary descriptors and delete the unnecessary descriptors.
