This release

- initializes the paper size selector whether or not a printer is selected when DXKeeper starts (tnx to Joe W4TV, Tim N6DRA, and Kevin WB6S)

- if the QRZ.com callbook is selected but Pathfinder isn't running and an Import operation is initiated with "Query Callbook" enabled, informs the user and allows the Import to be aborted (tnx to Graeme G6CSY)

- if the QRZ.com callbook is selected and Pathfinder isn't running or terminates during a multi-QSO Callbook update operation (ALT-CBA), informs the user and allows the Callbook update operation to be aborted  (tnx to Graeme G6CSY)

- when the user double-clicks a QSL_SENT_DATE item to set it to the current date, also sets the QSO's QSL_SENT to 'Y' (tnx to Jose N4BAA and Danny N7DC)

- when processing QSLs downloaded from LotW, updates a QSO's LOTW_QSL_SENT item to 'Y' if an LotW confirmation has been generated -- as the uploaded QSO must have been accepted by LotW (tnx to Rich W3ZJ)

- adds additional choices to the satellite mode and default satellite mode selectors, and permits the user to specify satellite modes not present in either selector (tnx to Alan WA4SCA)

- updates the following online documentation files: Doubleclick.htm, Log.htm, and QSL.htm
