This release

- when a QSL action is selected from the Log Page Display's right-mouse menu, saves any changes to the current QSO before invoking the action (tnx to Mark WC5M)

- doesn't incorrectly disable the CBA button on the Main window's "Log QSOs" tab (tnx to Mark WC5M and Steve K7QHU)

- when you click the CFM button in the QSL panel on the Main window's "Log QSOs" tab for a QSO whose entity-band and entity-mode are are either Submitted or Verified but not both verified displays the message "This QSL card confirms an unverified entity-band and/or entity-mode already submitted to the DXCC desk" (tnx to Laurent F1JKJ)

- in the Capture window with SpotCollector running, interprets CTRL-S to mean "send an outgoing spot" and CTRL-T to mean "prompts for spot notes and then send an outgoing spot" (tnx to Bob K3MQ and Art K6XT)

- accepts CQ zone, ITU zone, IOTA tag, and Primary Administrative Entity (limited to US States, for now) info from SpotCollector when the user double-clicks a spot database entry (tnx to Juergen DL8LE)

- updates the Export.htm and KeyboardShortcuts.htm online documentation files
