- corrects the popup explanation for the RAC folder pathname on the Config window's Callbook tab (tnx to Marty N1HT)

When DXKeeper 6.4.9 opens a log for the first time, it scans all QSOs in that log to eliminate nulls in database fields that it previously missed due to a defect. This scan may also report corrections to the spellings of US county and Canadian province abbreviations that were added after you first converted to DXKeeper 6. This "scan and update" operation is not considered risky, so DXKeeper does not offer to make a log backup beforehand. However, we're still in the testing phase, so it would be prudent to manually backup your log before downloading and installing DXKeeper 6.4.9 (Config window, Log tab, Backup button).
