- when directed to display the last QSO in the Log Page Display, ensures that this last QSO is fully visible (tnx to Mike W9RUK)

- ensures that the Log Page Display's vertical scroll bar is displayed at full width (tnx to Tim KB3NPH, Rich W3ZJ, Joe W4TV, Les VA7RN, Art W2NRA, and Danny N7DC)

- updates the SQL.htm documentation file
