This release

- provides for 16 DXCC entity overrides; these apply to both  SpotCollector and DXKeeper; these overrides can be modified via either DXView or SpotCollector 2.9.2+ (tnx to Joe K4IK)

- provides the ability to toggle between the display of short path and long path distance (tnx to Juergen DL8LE)

- accepts the QSX associated with each spot from SpotCollector 2.9.2+, and can set the transceiver to that QSX when the user double-clicks the spot with Commander is running

- activates WinWarbler, if running, when the user double-clicks a plotted spot on the world map whose mode is PSK31, PSK63, or RTTY 

- adds a DX Spots panel to the Config window's Plot Settings tab with controls that determine behavior when a plotted spot is double-clicked on the world map:

*** whether or not the transceiver should be placed into Split mode if the plotted spot specifies a QSX frequency

*** if the plotted spot is RTTY, the mode into which the transceiver should be set if WinWarbler isn't running

*** if the plotted spot is CW, the mode into which the transceiver should be set, with the option to activate WinWarbler

*** if the plotted spot is SSB, FM, or AM, whether or not to activate WinWarbler

- relocates the Lifetime and Include Country in Popup controls from the Config window's General tab to the PlotSettings tab's DX Spots panel

- updates the Configuration.htm and Operation.htm online documentation files
