This release


 - accepts separate grid square confirmation status in plotted QSOs that does or doesn't include LotW confirmations as a function of DXKeeper's "Include LotW confirmations in VUCC, WAC, & Maidenhead awards progress" setting, and uses this when plotting grid squares on the DX Atlas world map (tnx to Koen ON7RK)

 - displays the version of each installed database, the version of each available database, and provides

   * notification when a new database is available (tnx to Jamie W2QO)

   * a means of downloading and installing or upgrading a database (tnx to Jamie W2QO)

 - provides the ability to mark a generated DXCC database as adding, removing, or modifying one or more DXCC entities in comparison with its predecessor

 - when installing or upgrading a DXCC database marked as as adding, removing, or modifying one or more DXCC entities in comparison with its predecessor

   * downloads and upgrades the DXCC.txt file used by WinWarbler

   * notifies the user to direct DXKeeper and SpotCollector to perform a Recompute operation after the DXCC database installation or upgrade is complete

 - provides interoperation with the N1MM Rotor application (tnx to Marty N1HT)

 - updates the Configuration.htm, DXCC.htm, index.htm, and Operation.htm online documentation files
