This release corrects two defects that can occur when performing a QRZ.com callbook lookup (tnx to Earl KD5XB)

- correctly handles the case where the user is logged in to QRZ.com and performs a lookup on his or her own callsign

- correctly handles the case where the callsign being sought is an "ex-callsign" and information about the op's current callsign is returned
