This release 

- does not change the TakeOff and Power settings in the "Your Station" panel when Frequency-dependent Settings are disabled (tnx to Dennis KB7ST)

- when generating VOACAP and ICEPAC forecasts, correctly handles power level below 100 watts

- when generating VOACAP and ICEPAC forecasts, improves accuracy by utilizing CCIR coefficients (tnx to Dennis KB7ST)

- upgrades VOACAP and ICEPAC to version 110714W (tnx to Greg Hand)
