Compared to the current public version of SpotCollector (10.2.1), this version

- when SC_WSJTX encounters a fatal error, waits for the user to acknowledge seeng the error message before terminating (tnx to Chuck, WS1L)

- prevents errorlog.txt file entries "program error 3163 in module SpotDatabaseModule.AppendSpot with state = 125" and "program error 3163 in module SpotDatabaseModule.RecordSpot with state = 3001" (tnx to Franco IZ4MJP and Tony ON6TM)

- recognizes Q65A, Q65B, Q65C, Q65D, and Q65E in spot notes (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- makes changes in the Mode Filter window  (tnx to Joe W4TV)

--- exchanges the positions of the QRA64 and Q65 checkboxes

--- removes the QRA64A, QRA64B, QRA64C, QRA64D, and QRA64E checkboxes; the appearance of Spot Database Entries in these modes is governed by the QRA64 checkbox

--- adds checkboxes for Q65A, Q65B, Q65C, Q65D, and Q65E modes

- when processing incoming spots, recomputing, and pruning, ignores entries on the Special Callsign List that specify an expiration date on or before the current date (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- provides a new “Ignore  future spots of <callsign> until …” entry the Spot Database Display’s right-mouse menu (tnx to Joe W4TV and Dave W6DE)

--- if the selected Spot Database Entry’s callsign is not already present on the Special Callsign List, SpotCollector displays a new “Ignore  future spots of <callsign>” window in which you can specify an Expiration Date in YYYY-MM-DD format and then click a button that will add an entry for the callsign to the Special Callsign List with the specified expiration date and no tags - meaning “ignore incoming spots of this callsign until the Expiration Date is reached.

--- if the selected Spot Database Entry’s callsign is already present on the Special Callsign List, SpotCollector displays the Configuration window’s “Special Callsign List” with the entry for that callsign selected so you can quickly specify or change its expiration date (and/or its tags)

- Supports FT2

--- FT2 is recognized in spot notes

--- provides an FT2 checkbox in the Pre-filter window's Mode panel

--- provides an FT2 checkbox in the Mode Filter window

--- sets WSJT-X 3.1.0 to the appropriate frequency in FT2 when you double-click on a Spot Database Entry for a station using FT2 

- when no spot source is designated to convey outgoing spots, instead of disabling the "Outgoing spot" panel's Cluster button, informs the user when the "Outgoing spot" panel's Cluster button is clicked (tnx to Al K8SIX)

- updates the ConfigurationDatabase.htm, ConfigurationSpecialCallsigns.htm, SourceConnection.htm, and SpotDatabase.htm documentation files
