This release

- provides an "include callsign in announcement of Special spot database entries" option  (tnx to Laurie VK3AMA)

- updates the Band Filter's Sunrise and Sunset time on startup if DXView 3.1.7 or later is running (tnx to Aart PA3C)

- provides the option to sort spots in descending time order via a new “Date & Time Sort order” panel on the Config window's, “Spot Database Display” tab (tnx to Bill W9OL and Art W2NRA)

- provides substitution commands that allow the incorporation of the current Need filter, Band filter, Mode filter, Continent filter, and Origin filter in SQL expressions: <NeedFilter>, <BandFilter>, <ModeFilter>, <ContFilter>, <OriginFilter> (tnx to Dennis AI8P)

- modifies the DXCC filter to operate consistently with DXKeeper's DXCC filter: display only spots for stations whose DXCC entity is the same as the DXCC entity of the callsign or callsign fragment in the Filter panel textbox, taking entity overrides into account (tnx to Jamie W2QO)
 
- when activated, the Spot Database Display's right mouse menu's Lookup item populates the next release of DXKeeper's Filter textbox with the selected entry's callsign (txt to Jamie W2QO)

- updates the ConfigurationAudio.htm, ConfigurationGeneral.htm, ConfigurationSpecialCallsigns.htm, ConfigurationSpotDatabaseDisplay.htm, and SpotDatabase.htm documentation files
