- prevents errorlog.txt file entries from being generated by SpotDatabaseModule.RecordSpot and SpotDatabaseModule.InsertCumNotes

- if Commander is running and the primary transceiver supports Data-L and Data-U modes, offers these as choices on the Config window's General tab instead of PKT and PKT-R (tnx to Joe W4TV and Jamie W2QO)

- updates the ConfigurationGeneral.htm documentation file
