- when another SpotCollector window has mouse cursor focus, eliminates the need to activate SpotCollector's Main window before clicking a button (tnx to Art W2NRA)

- correctly includes spot notes in an email message triggered by an SQL expression (tnx to Jon KF2E)

- when Commander reports that the primary transceiver has changed frequency, correctly updates Commander's bandspread with spots for the new band (tnx to Brendan EI6IZ and Iain N6ML)

- updates the ConfigurationGeneral.htm documentation file
