This release 

- when Commander is not running, disables the "QSY to ..." command in the Spot Database Display's right-mouse menu (tnx to Salvatore I4FYV)

- correctly interprets spot notes like "RTTY up" or "CW dwn" (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- limits the number of Spot Database Display columns to the number of Spot Database fields (tnx to Julio W4HY)

- when inspecting spot notes, doesn't consider JT44, JT65, or MT63 to be an NPOTA park code

- with the "use multiple monitors" option enabled, relocates to the primary monitor any spot source window that isn't being displayed on any monitor (tnx to Carlo  IK2RPE)

- includes sound files for the modes JT65, JT65A, JT65M, and JT9

- updates the Configuration.htm and ConfigurationSpecialCallsigns.htm documentation files

1. Update your firewall and anti-malware applications to consider this new version of SpotCollector to be "safe"
