This release 

- when a Spot Database Entry for a station operating in a K1JT mode is double-clicked, prevents WSJT-X from issuing an incorrect QSY directive to Commander (tnx to Joe K1JT, Brian N9ADG, Chuck WS1L, Hasan N0AN, Don AD0K, Joe W4TV, Al K0VM, Greg N9GB, and Brian N8WRL)

- correctly saves spot source window positions when terminated (tnx to Lui DL6FBR)

- in the Main window's WWV panel, change the letter A's font color from red to black after the A-index falls to 30 or below (tnx to Franco 3A2MW)

- if unable to open the log, retries the operation (tnx to Al K0VM)

- ignores a double-click of a Spot Database Entry that doesn't specify a callsign

- if directly connected to one or more instances of WSJT-X as a spot source, and a Spot Database Entry for a station operating in a K1JT mode is double-clicked, but there is no instance of WSJT-X whose current band matches the Entry's band and whose current K1JT mode matches the Entry's mode, and there is no instance of WSJT-X that is running on the same computer that hosts SpotCollector, then no action is taken

- keeps the "Display Overrides" button visible - even if no override database exists or if DXView is not running; clicking the button in these circumstances displays an explanation (tnx to Al K0VM)

- if a Spot Database Entry's "Create Override" command is invoked from the right-mouse menu with DXView not running, informs the user (tnx to Al K0VM)

- correctly announces "African Italy" when it is needed for the CQ DX Marathon (tnx to Joe W4TV)

- when connected to WSJT-X, conveys the process priority specified on the Configuration window's Process Priority panel to SC_WSJT-X

- color codes the WWV panel's K textbox based on the NOAA G-scale described in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/K-index#G-scale

- provides a "Maximum age of eQSL upload" option in the Controls panel on the Configuration window's Spot Database tab (tnx to Dave N5UP and Laurie VK3AMA)

- in the Spot Database Display, provides a new "Ignore future spots of " entry to the right mouse menu that adds the Entry's callsign to the Special Callsign List with no tags (tnx to Pete W1RM and Joe W4TV)

- updates the ConfigurationDatabase.htm and SpotDatabase.htm documentation files
