This release 

- changes the <LastQSO> macro to generate "This is the first time we've worked" when appropriate

- when generating an outgoing spot, includes the "QSO Info" panel's grid square in the spot notes (tnx to Bill W9OL)

- updates the Logging.htm and Macros.htm online documentation files
