- corrects a regression in 5.6.8 that precludes entering or modifying an IOTA tag in the QSO Info panel (tnx for Laure VK3AMA)

- in CW operation, provides the option to send O instead of T as the "cut number" for 0 (tnx to Dave G4MUL)

- accepts and displays decoded CW characters from other applications (tnx to Rich N2AMG)

- updates the CWSettings.htm and Macros.htm online documentation files
