- correctly implements the Mixer Adjustment Reception and Transmission buttons on Windows 7 (tnx to Frank N7FF)

- correctly initializes the WinKey PTT and Sidetone settings (tnx to Dave G4MUL, Rich W3ZJ, and Joe W4TV)

- provides a "paddle-only" sidetone option when a WinKey2 is selected (tnx to Dave G4MUL, Rich W3ZJ, and Joe W4TV)

- provides <winkeyoutport: p, status> macro commands to enable or disable WinKey output ports (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- when a Spot Database Entry is activated, place its Tags in the "QSO Info" panel's Comment box [requires the forthcoming SpotCollector 5.1.9 or later] (tnx to Laurie VK3AMA)

- updates the CWSettings.htm and Macros.htm documentation files
