This release 

- when receiving a report of a change in the transceiver's CW speed from Commander, doesn't responds by directing Commander to change the transceiver's CW speed (tnx to Jay W5JAY)

- when switching primary transceivers, accurately tracks the selected primary transceiver's CW capability

- selects the correct operating mode on startup when the transceiver's mode is set to CW-R (tnx to Art W2NRA)

- updates the SoundcardRTTYReception.htm and SoundcardRTTYSettings.htm documentation files
