This release 

- when operating RTTY with the "Split frequency operation" box checked on the Configuration window's General tab and Commander reporting the transceiver to be operating in Split, ignores Net when displaying the transmit frequency (tnx to Jamie W2QO)

- adds a configuration option than determines whether nonstandard signal reports are accepted

- updates the GeneralSettings.htm, Logging.htm, LogSettings.htm, Macros.htm, PSKReception.htm, PSKTransmission.htm, SoundcardRTTYReception.htm, and SoundcardRTTYTransmission.htm documentation files
