- when changing the operating mode to PSK with Split enabled, doesn't change the transceiver frequency (tnx to Iain N6ML)

- removes a redundant word from the "CW keying will be accomplished" message (tnx to Paul N1BUG)

- updates the DXCC entity list used when DXView is not installed to reflect the deletion of Kingman Reef KH5-K (tnx to Joe W4TV)
