Ignoring Spots by Band, Mode Family, or Origin
Note: this functionality requires SpotCollector 8.5.5 or later
SpotCollector's Pre-filtering window can direct it to ignore spots on specified bands, in specified mode families, or from stations in specified origins.
There are three ways to display the Pre-filtering window:
click the Pre-filtering button on the Configuration window's Spot Sources tab
click the Pre-filtering button on the Configuration window's Spot Database tab
while depressing the CTRL key, double-click the words Spot source status in the panel at the top of SpotCollector's Main window
To ignore spots by band, independent of mode family or origin, check the appropriate boxes in the Pre-filtering window's Ignore incoming spots on selected bands panel.
To ignore spots by mode family, independent of band or origin, check the appropriate boxes in the Pre-filtering window's Ignore incoming spots in selected mode familes panel.
To ignore spots by origin, independent of band mode family, check the appropriate boxes in the Pre-filtering window's Ignore incoming spots from selected origins panel.
