Re-uploading QSOs not accepted by LotW

After invoking the Sync LotW QSOs operation on the Main window's QSL tab, you can determine whether there are uploaded QSOs that LotW has not accepted by clicking the LotW button in the Filter panel at the bottom of the Main window's Log QSOs tab. QSOs shown in the Log Page Display were uploaded, but not accepted. If most or all of the last batch you uploaded are present, then likely the LotW hasn't processed your uploaded QSOs yet; check LotW's Processing Queue to see whether that's the case. Wait until LotW has processed everything uploaded on the day you uploaded your QSOs to LotW, and then invoke Sync LotW QSOs. If only a few QSOs are present, or its been several days since you uploaded, then inspect each QSO in the Log Page Display to ensure that all required information -- complete callsign, band, mode, QSO date, satellite information -- is correctly specified, and make any changes required.

Another possibility: the Callsign Certificate used when you uploaded has expired. To check this, run the ARRL's TQSL application, and examine the Callsign Certificate in question.

Keep in mind that LotW will not accept QSOs with stations considered invalid by the ARRL DXCC desk, e.g. P5RS7.

After making any required corrections on the QSOs in the Log Page Display, you can re-upload these by performing the following actions:

  1. at the bottom of the Main window's Log QSOs tab, click the Filter panel's LotW button

  2. on the Main window's QSL tab,

    1. set the QSL Via panel to LotW

    2. click the Add All button; decline the offer to remove the Log Page Display filter

    3. click the Upload to LotW button

  3. If in response to step 2.a, DXKeeper displays an error message from TQSL indicating that one or more QSOs have already been uploaded (older versions of TQSL refer to such QSOs as dupes), then

    1. on the QSL Configuration window's LoTW tab, check the Permit uploading of QSOs already uploaded to LoTW box

    2. click the Upload to LotW button on the Main window's QSL tab
