Configuring the DXP
* Connect your computer and transceiver to the DXP as described in in chapter 3 of the microHAM DXP Manual
* Configure the DXP's Setup Menu

Configuring Commander and WinWarbler
Identify the three virtual COM ports created by the DXP, as described in the Serial Ports Finder section of Chapter 4 of the microHAM DXP Manual
- CAT
- FSK
WinKey
Commander: on the Configuration window's Ports tab, configure the Primary CAT Serial Port panel,
set the Port selector to the virtual CAT port created by the DXP
set the Baud, Parity, Word, and Stop selectors to be consistent with your transceiver's CAT port settings
set the DTR selector to always off
set the RTS selector to TX
WinWarbler
on the Configuration window's PTT tab,
set the Mode panel to Xcvr Ctrl App
set the Port panel's selector to None
on the Configuration window's Soundcard tab,
set the PSK & RTTY Reception selector to DXP RX (DXP)
set the PSK & RTTY Transmission selector to Line(DXP)
set the Phone Transmission selector to Line(DXP)
on the Configuration window's CW tab,
set the Xcvr mode selector to CW
set the Keying panel to WinKey, and set its port selector to the virtual WinKey port created by the DXP
Configure the Keyboard mode, PTT, Weight, and WinKey panels to your preferences
on the Configuration window's RTTY tab, configure WinWarbler for FSK or AFSK operation as described here
